1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:

• "Service" refers to the financial education programs, courses, and related educational offerings provided by hellmiinsig.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses our website or enrolls in our educational programs.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to hellmiinsig, the provider of financial education services.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our services.
• "Program" refers to any specific educational course offered by hellmiinsig.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at hellmiinsigo.pro, enrolling in our programs, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hellmiinsig. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our programs. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

hellmiinsig provides financial education programs designed to develop participants' analytical capabilities in specific financial domains. Our current program offerings include:

• Reading Financial News: Media literacy for financial information evaluation
• Property Valuation Fundamentals: Systematic approaches to Malaysian property assessment
• Financial Risk Management: Personal and household financial risk identification and management

Programs are delivered through in-person sessions at our Johor Bahru location. Class sizes are limited to ensure quality instruction and interactive learning environments.

We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, or offerings as necessary. Material changes to enrolled programs will be communicated to affected participants in advance.

4. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in our programs requires completion of our enrollment process and payment of applicable fees. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process
• Attend scheduled program sessions as outlined in the program description
• Participate actively and respectfully during program delivery
• Comply with any program-specific requirements or guidelines

Program enrollment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or cancel programs if minimum participation requirements are not met. In the event of program cancellation by hellmiinsig, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of paid fees.

Participants who miss scheduled sessions may not be able to make up missed content, depending on the program structure. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to participant absence.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Respect the intellectual property rights of hellmiinsig and other participants
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary materials provided during programs
• Refrain from recording, photographing, or otherwise capturing program sessions without explicit written permission
• Conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward instructors and other participants
• Refrain from sharing login credentials or enrollment benefits with unauthorized individuals

Violation of these responsibilities may result in termination of your enrollment without refund and potential legal action if applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our programs, including but not limited to course materials, templates, frameworks, presentations, and methodologies, are the intellectual property of hellmiinsig and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display program materials without written permission
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer program materials
• Use program materials for commercial purposes or to deliver competing educational services
• Share program materials with non-enrolled individuals

This license terminates upon completion of your enrolled program, though you may retain materials for ongoing personal reference and use of taught frameworks.

7. Payment Terms

Program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and must be paid in full prior to program commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods as specified during enrollment. Payment processing may be handled by third-party service providers subject to their own terms and conditions.

Refund Policy:

• Full refund available if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before program start date
• 50% refund available if cancellation occurs 7-14 days before program start date
• No refund available for cancellations made less than 7 days before program start date or after program commencement
• Program cancellation by hellmiinsig results in full refund to affected participants

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Our programs are designed to develop analytical skills and financial literacy. They are not intended to provide specific investment advice, financial planning recommendations, or predictions about market movements or individual financial outcomes.

Program content represents educational frameworks and methodologies. Application of these frameworks to personal financial decisions remains the responsibility of each participant. We do not guarantee specific financial results or outcomes from program participation.

Participants should consult with qualified financial professionals regarding specific financial decisions appropriate to their individual circumstances. Our instructors are educators, not personal financial advisors to program participants.

While we strive for accuracy in all program content, we do not warrant that all information is completely current or free from error. Financial markets, regulations, and practices evolve, and participants should verify current conditions when applying learned frameworks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, hellmiinsig and its directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses or damages resulting from financial decisions made by participants
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from program cancellations or schedule changes
• Damages resulting from unauthorized use of program materials

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hellmiinsig and its directors, employees, instructors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your misuse of program materials or intellectual property
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any financial decisions you make using frameworks taught in our programs

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment or access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You may terminate your enrollment by providing written notice in accordance with our refund policy outlined in Section 7. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already received.

Upon termination, your license to use program materials terminates immediately. You must cease all use of our intellectual property and return or destroy any program materials in your possession.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally. Many concerns can be addressed through direct communication with our team at [email protected].

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to mediation before proceeding to litigation. Both parties agree to participate in good faith mediation if requested by either party.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and hellmiinsig regarding our services.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Notices: All notices under these terms shall be in writing and delivered via email to the addresses provided during enrollment or to [email protected] for notices to us.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and may provide additional notice through email or website announcements.

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue use of our services.

Changes to these terms will not apply retroactively to programs you have already enrolled in, except where required by law or for changes that benefit participants.
